The Williamson County Art Guild is sponsoring a juried show at the Georgetown Library for its members. The show is now hanging there through the month of November. I have two large pieces from my new series hanging in the main room. They look great on the wall and I was amazed that I got so many compliments from our members on my work. Those of us on the board of the Art Guild have been trying to educate our members regarding the purpose and value of non-representational art. The compliments from them were really appreciated as I have been trying very hard with this series to make it conceptual rather that pictoral.
